Steve Thomas is the President of Thomas Properties and Tioga Construction with a focus on Commercial Land Development, Sales & Leasing. The experience and knowledge of both partners in Residential & Commercial Development, Marketing & Sales makes NUCP a unique company with the ability to asses a variety of real asset classes, at any stage in an assets fiscal life. Their extensive experience in the vertical food chain of financing, land acquisition, development, and construction provide the knowledge needed to assess the underlying values of investments.
